If your are not satisfied with any of the existing home listings or any of the "To-Be-Built" homes already designed and described on this web site, there is an alternative approach. You can select one of our current building sites available in a wide range of prices and settings that meets your requirements on a first inspection trip with our realty. After selecting your site, we will arrange for you to meet with an architect in our office on a Saturday and Sunday of your choice. During this weekend, in that two-day period the architect will work with you to develop a site development plan and floor plan, including all exterior elevations of a house that is truly custom designed to meet your requirements and budget. When you leave on Sunday, you will take with you a preliminary set of architecturally drawn plans of your Irish Beach house!
